PulteGroup Named to 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Construction™ List

Great Place To Work® and Fortune have selected PulteGroup (NYSE: PHM) for the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Construction™ List, ranking the company No. 4 in the Large Company category. This marks PulteGroup's fourth time on the prestigious list and reinforces the company's commitment to creating an exceptional workplace for its employees.

The recognition is based on employee feedback and comes as PulteGroup continues to deliver industry-leading results. In 2026, the Company’s Build Quality Index (BQI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) remain among the highest in company history, with a BQI of 97 and NPS of 67.

The Best Workplaces in Construction award is based on analysis of survey responses from over 64,000 employees at Great Place To Work Certified™ companies in the construction industry.

The Best Workplaces in Construction list is highly competitive. Great Place To Work selected the Fortune Best Workplaces in Construction by analyzing confidential survey responses from over 1.3 million employees, representing the experience of 7.3 million employees in the U.S. in 2025 and 2026. Of those responses, over 64,000 came from employees at Great Place To Work Certified companies in the construction industry, and these rankings are based on that feedback.
