PulteGroup, Inc. (NYSE: PHM), today announced the promotion of Pablo Rivas to president of the company’s Central Texas division, effective May 22, 2023. Rivas will have full operational and financial responsibility for PulteGroup’s homebuilding activities in the Austin market.
Rivas most recently served as the Vice President of Sales for the company’s Georgia division, overseeing sales operations across the greater Atlanta area and expansion into the Greenville, South Carolina market. Prior to his position in Georgia, he was the Vice President of Origination at Pulte Mortgage, a subsidiary of PulteGroup. Rivas served in several increasingly senior positions during his 15-year tenure at Pulte Mortgage.
